MEAL PREP TIPS
Choosing a Container: A wide-mouth, hard-sided container, such as a recycled Talenti or large peanut butter jar, works well for shakes. The wide opening makes it easy to add ingredients, use a shaker ball, and thoroughly clean the container afterward—especially important when using dairy powders. Narrow-mouth water bottles can be difficult to clean completely.Mixing: Add a shaker ball to help break up clumps, or shake vigorously and use a spoon or spork to break up any remaining powder.
